SagamoreHill Broadcasting
SagamoreHill Broadcasting was formed by DAG and SagamoreHill CEO Louis Wall to build a group of leading middle market television stations. To date the company has acquired KGWN/KSTF (CBS) in Cheyenne, Wyoming and Scottsbluff, Nebraska, with a sales office in Fort Collins, Colorado; KGNS (NBC) in Laredo, Texas; WNCF (ABC) and WBMM (CW) in Montgomery, Alabama; and WLTZ (NBC) in Columbus, Georgia; SagamoreHill multicasts CW in Cheyenne and Columbus and CW and Telemundo in Laredo. SagamoreHill is pursuing additional acquisitions.

Peak Broadcasting
Peak Broadcasting was formed by DAG and Peak CEO Todd Lawley in November 2006 to build a group of leading middlemarket radio stations. Peak operates a cluster of five radio stations in Fresno, CA and a cluster of six radio stations in Boise, ID. Peak is pursuing additional
acquisitions.

Horizon Tower

DAG and CEO John Kapulica formed Horizon Tower to develop and acquire wireless tower assets that support voice and data communications throughout the Western United States. Horizon Tower has acquired or developed approximately 80 towers.

Motorsport Aftermarket Group
DAG formed MAG for the acquisition of leading motorcycle aftermarket companies. MAG currently owns eight separate companies: White Brothers (performance products for motorcross and ATVs); Küryakyn (custom parts and accessories for Harley Davidson and Metric motorcycles); J&P Cycles (catalog retailer for motorcycle accessories); Performance Machine Inc. (aftermarket wheels and brakes for Harley Davidson motorcycles); Progressive Suspension (motorcycle suspension products); Vance & Hines (performance exhaust systems); Mustang Motorcycle Seats (motorcycle seats); and Renthal (handlebars, chains, sprockets).
Status: Acquired in 2006 by another private equity firm.
